The Plaza Level Water Feature is a waterfall that has a clear wall "curtain" behind and serves as a project screen for any image we choose to display. The thought is that it will display advertisements for University Corners tenants and possibly sporting events depending on the tenants that occupy the plaza. On Gator game days, the area can serve to stage the showing of the game with seating arranged to view the event.

The Level 5 Water Feature actually connects the 3rd and 4th levels. It is a waterfall that runs off the Hotel pool on the 4th floor down to smaller pools that run into the Condo pool on the 3rd floor. It will have extensive landscaping and planters to add to the tropical atmosphere.
